Delivery is available Tuesday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays and national holidays. All dates are subject to availability.

Deliveries mostly arrive between 8am–8pm. For special occasions, arranging delivery for the day before it is needed is recommended.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Tuesday–Friday delivery is included in this voucher; Saturday delivery carries a £3.50 supplement. Delivery is available across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. Delivery is not available to Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or any other UK island. Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, DD, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE and BT. Cancellations require at least four days' notice before your selected delivery date; one week is recommended during busy periods, such as Christmas and Mother’s Day. Selected-day delivery cannot be guaranteed where issues outside the control of Piglet's Pantry occur.
