About the experience
Personal details will transform clay into a meaningful keepsake during this private workshop for two adults and one baby. Award-winning ceramicist Katherine Fortnum will guide the shaping of a plaque, with carving or hand-stamping used to add a name, birth date and decorative touches. A handprint or footprint will capture the baby’s individual impression. Using non-toxic materials and a relaxed, baby-led pace, the session will conclude with pieces prepared for professional drying and bisque firing.
