Very good gift
I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

Afternoon Tea delight
We were thoroughly spoilt with an Afternoon Tea at Bovey Castle. The attention to assisting was flawless from parking the car, helping with an elderly guest and repeating the selection of homemade goodies to us. The homity pie was outstanding. The fresh scones were fantastic and the choice of teas to wash it all down were replenished as required. Looking forward to returning.
