About the experience

Enjoy a day out with a difference with this gin making experience for two that’s perfect for any gin lover. At Wildjac distillery in Worcestershire, participants will be welcomed by expert distillers ready to reveal the processes and history behind the beloved drink. Participants will then have the chance to create their very own custom blend. Choose the botanicals used to flavour the batch, then distil it with the guidance of an expert. Then pour the unique gin into a 70cl bottle before sealing it and labelling it to take home. This hands-on process is sure to delight any gin enthusiast and if that weren’t enough, they’ll also receive three complimentary drinks and a deli sharing platter to snack on during the process. The final stop of the day is the shop, where participants will receive a £5 voucher to spend on any of the spirits available.

A little gem of a surprise!

This was so much more than we expected! A surprisingly tiny place and a much more intimate experience than other distilleries visited. Our hostess was charming and informative, the food provided delicious and the hands-on gin creation most enjoyable. We loved selecting from the wide range of botanicals and adding ingredients to the dinky copper stills. The information sheets were full in their descriptions of what qualities each botanical could offer. While we waited for the process to complete we were able to sample the range of products. A definite forerunner was the Plum Pudding rum which went down very well at Christmas! Altogether a top-rate experience!
