English Heritage pass
The Red Letter site seemed stuck and wouldn't allow me to activate the voucher. I couldn't find anything to help on line and in the end I had to go straight to English Heritage for assistance.

Great gift idea
Lots of different things to do. Simply register, search for what you want to use it for and redeem. All items advise if any money needs to be added so no surprises. Very easy to use.

Present
We received the present and inputted the codes supplied by Red Letter Days. We waited for a response with no contact. We then contacted English Heritage and they actioned the the delivery of our membership. Initial information is not clear enough. Waiting the arrival of our membership.
