  This experience is available week round, year round. Opening times: Monday–Thursday between 11am–6pm, Friday between 10.30am–10pm, Saturday between 10am–10pm, Sunday between 10am–6pm. All dates are subject to availability.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Adult tickets are for ages 16+ and Child tickets are for ages 3–15 years. Children under the age of three are admitted free of charge, but still require a ticket. This venue has full disabled access. No strobe lighting is used in any of the galleries, but the experience includes moving images and changes in light that may affect some people, including flashes of lightning in ‘The World Around Us’. Music plays in each of the four galleries and the style differs in each; if sensitive to sound, ear defenders are available and breaks between galleries are recommended. Coloured glasses are available for dyslexic visitors to help with reading the programme or displayed information; audio description may be preferable in some circumstances. Lighting levels vary across the four galleries depending on projections and there are areas that will be dark; this can affect visual communication and may affect balance, so please speak to a member of staff if support or assistance is needed. All tickets are non-refundable; bookings can be moved up to 48 hours before the original date booked. During Frameless Lates sessions on Friday and Saturday evenings, this is an 18+ only venue; visitors under 18 years of age should arrive by 4pm.
