  Available from 11am to 4pm, week-round, year-round. Your voucher covers off-peak entry on some dates in the current season and can also be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or a later season. All dates are subject to availability.

  The recommended minimum age is 8 years. Children under 5 years are not permitted to enter. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. As The York Dungeon is housed in a grade 2 listed building, there may be restrictions for guests with mobility issues. The dark environment, loud noises and uneven floors may feel intense, particularly for some children and guests with visual impairments.
