  Available from 11am to 4pm, week-round, year-round. Your voucher provides off-peak entry on some dates in the current season and may be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or a later season. All dates are subject to availability.

  The recommended minimum age is 8 years. Children under 5 years cannot enter. Children under 16 must attend with an adult aged 18 or over. As the attraction is in a grade 2 listed building, some areas may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. The dark setting, loud sound effects and uneven floors can feel intense for some children and for guests with visual impairments.
