Lovely treat for the whole family
Loads to see and do here, with a great play park, magnificent greenhouses and the Tree Top Walkway was very exciting!

Very slow service
I purchased a family voucher at 6 a.m. for a visit later that same day, expecting to receive it immediately after payment. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Although the website states that e-vouchers can take up to four hours to arrive, I didn’t receive mine until 3 p.m. The online chat service was unable to help, and I had to wait for customer service to open at 10am before I could obtain a copy of my voucher.
This was particularly frustrating because we had planned our visit for 10 a.m. that morning. While I did benefit from the discounted offer, I spent most of the morning unsure whether I would actually be able to use what I had paid for. The lack of timely delivery and support made for a very stressful experience.

Kew garden visit
We enjoyed the visit to kew gardens which was cheaper compared to their own online and at the gate price.

Great value
Great value and very easy to use. Drove there and got into Kew car park which had loads of spaces. Tickets were best value I could find so win win.
