Open year round, excluding 24–25 December. Kew Palace is located within Kew Gardens and is open April–October. Bookings must be made at least six weeks in advance.

Minimum age is 17 (children aged 0–3 go free and children aged 4–16 years old pay £6 on arrival). Kew Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters.

Kew Gardens opens at 10am. Closing times vary according to season. Tours take approximately one hour (daily from 10am except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
