Great Tour
The tour itself was great! It was clear the guide knew his stuff and it wasn't just a rehearsed script. It was engaging and went too quickly, I could have happily walked round longer!
Red Letter days however... When I spoke to them as my emails had all came through without my time on and I couldn't remember what time I had booked. (I didn't realise at initial booking) They said I didn't need a time and to just go to the station, she was adamant this event did not need a time...so they wanted me to just turn up at the station at any time of the day...it's a guided tour, of course you need a time! She wasn't very helpful at all and told me to contact the transport museum if I had more questions. Contacted them and they were great and gave me all the info I needed instantly. 10/10 to The Transport Museum, their staff and the tour guides etc. We had a great time!

Christmas gift
I got this tour gift for my fiancé and we absolutely loved it! Felt like stepping back in time and seeing all the original posters from the underground was incredible. The tour guides were so knowledgable and fantastic at their job!

Really enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours
This is a fascinating museum with something for all age groups - lots of written information available to read, but also video and/or audio installations, as well as interactive hands-on activities (for example a simulation of driving an Elizabeth line train) for adults as well as children. Enjoyable for us older people able to say "Oh yes, I remember that!". Also, as you'd expect, several old buses and train carriages strewn around the premises.

We had a great time exploring the tunnels - group size was perfect and the guides knew there stuff so we got everything out the experience.
What would make it better would be an easier booking experience if you could use your voucher online instead of it being solely book able by phone but eventually got it all sorted out.

Chose Charing Cross. At first not the most glamourous station but well worth a visit. Tour guides were informative and interesting. slight disappointment at not being able to slide down the escalator a la James Bond :) Great tour really enjoyed it
