  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Complimentary plastic hooded or long-sleeved ponchos are provided if needed. The venue has disabled access – passengers must be able to step into the vessel unaided or with the help of a carer. Wheelchairs and pushchairs may be left at the owner’s risk on the pier.
