Introduction to Trout Fly Fishing for One

Enjoy a refined introduction to fly fishing with a one-day foundation course led by a qualified instructor. Key techniques are covered, including selecting tackle, practising casting styles and choosing flies for the conditions. Learn how to hook and land a fish and put your new skills into practice on the water. Brown, rainbow and rare blue trout may be encountered, with the chance to take home a fish caught on the day.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Group sizes are kept small (up to four pupils) to ensure maximum individual coaching. Participants are advised to bring a plastic bag or cool box to take away the fish. All equipment is provided. There is a fully-equipped Fishing Lodge and a wide choice of local accommodation in Stockbridge, just four miles away.
