• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 10 years. Minimum height: 140cm; suitability can vary depending on body shape and vehicle fit. Anyone with health concerns or uncertainty about fitness to participate should speak to a doctor before taking part. Guests with disabilities or additional needs may not be accommodated at every venue; suitability depends on individual requirements and the venue.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow two-to-three hours at the venue from the time stated on the confirmation email. Arriving earlier than 15 minutes before the session is not recommended, and separated drive times may extend the total time at the venue.

• Dress Code

  Dress for the outdoors with sensible shoes or trainers and comfortable trousers. Your right shoe must be removed for safety; a coat or umbrella is advisable. Legs must be fully covered when driving the Shelby Cobra or Mustang GT350.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Premium dates, premium venues and upgrades may incur an additional charge. An optional £34 damage waiver is available. If declined, a disclaimer must be signed and credit or debit card details with at least £5,000 available must be provided; American Express is not accepted. Each participant is responsible for the vehicle being driven regardless of fault. The waiver is non-refundable and is not an insurance product or policy. Cancellations and refunds are not available once an event date has been booked. Amendments made more than seven days before the event incur a £5 admin fee; later changes incur a £29 fee per car, with higher charges possible at premium venues or for race track tuition cancellations. Premium track surcharges apply again on rebooking. If a car, event or venue becomes unavailable, a replacement vehicle, date or venue will be offered instead of a refund. Non-refundable accommodation is not recommended as events may be cancelled at short notice. The voucher must be brought on the day; driving is not permitted without it. Some providers may require participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver and may charge an additional fee for optional cover. Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues.
