  Children aged 0–4 years are free of charge and do not require a ticket. Disability access: ground-floor entry and lift access to all three main floors. Audio guide tours are currently available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese and British Sign Language.
