  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. If an upgrade is made to use the spa please bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. A locker, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Additional treatments can be booked by calling the spa, giving a minimum of 72 hours notice. This experience must be booked and taken by the expiry date shown on the voucher. The extra fee to use the spa facilities is £20pp, payable to the hotel direct. Check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am.
