  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Dates, tee times and venues are coordinated across the network to help secure the best possible playing experience; as a result, your preferred club or date may not always be available, and suitable alternatives may occasionally be offered. Guest upgrades are limited to a maximum group size of four players per experience; additional guests incur a per-person fee that varies by club. An active playing handicap is required; the experience provider reserves the right to decline bookings where this cannot be provided. This experience may not be suitable for people with conditions that make physical activity unsafe without medical clearance. All participants must agree to and follow the experience provider's code of conduct; optional upgrades and guest additions are also subject to these standards. Cancellations must usually be made at least 48 hours in advance; late cancellations may result in loss of the experience and any payments made. Customers should not contact the golf clubs directly; all arrangements are managed through the private club concierge. Select clubs include free range balls to warm up with.
