Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Robes and towels are provided. You can upgrade your massage to one of the following for £10pp extra: deep tissue or firm pressure massage, hot stone massage, hot salt rock massage, pregnancy massage and detox cupping massage. You can upgrade from the 25-minute treatment to an hour treatment for £30pp payable on the day; upgrades include full body massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, luxury facial with head massage or back massage and mini facial. Gym and personal training sessions are available for an additional fee, payable directly to the supplier on the day. Friday and Saturday bookings incur an additional £15pp fee; this does not apply with the one hour upgrade. Additional fees apply on public holidays and throughout December. There is a daily massage limit for spa therapists; if a daily massage limit is reached and your preferred massage treatment is not available then a luxurious massage alternative will be provided. Swimwear and slippers or flip flops are required for use around the facilities.

Don’t bother

This was a gift from friends and sells as a spa break but it only has a small pool and very small sauna. The changing rooms were nice but during our massage it was very noisy in the corridor and my massage very too light and very repetitive in nature. The area for waiting had no water. The overall summary is this is unstable for use as a hotel guest but not as a relaxing spa break. Also we were not allowed to use the gym which atleast would have made 2 hrs of better use rather than basically sit next near a pool for 2 hrs. Simply Disappointing

Disappointing Experience

A gift of spa and afternoon tea but there were no options anywhere near me where we could have the spa and tea in the same place, it involved quite a long drive between the two. To add to that, I had to pay a £15pp premium for going on a Friday, which wasn't clear in the terms and conditions at the time of booking. When challenged, the venue asked me to contact Red Letter Days, and when I contacted RLD they said there was nothing they could do. Pretty short sighted response. I will not be using Red Letter Days in the future - far too complex, and extra payments required to make it a good experience. So dissapointing.
