Escape it all and dedicate some time away. Enjoy a mindfulness day retreat with Synergy Experiences, who will provide a soothing space for this experience, at a choice of ten locations. Partake in a gentle yoga class, suitable for all abilities, guided meditation and sound healing before tucking into a delicious lunch. This day also includes affirmation art, a relaxing walk through nature and tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life. • Availability Description

  This voucher is valid for one person. The experience is available on Saturdays throughout the year. Earliest start time 9.30am, latest 11.30am. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to register. Late arrival may mean that the booking is lost. Book at least four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Two weeks prior to the retreat, guests will be sent a questionnaire to fill in. For those with disabilities, injuries or limitations, there will be an alternative activity on the day. Most venues have disability access (minus Bermondsey), but the walk activity may not be suitable. (All activities are optional and for those unable to attend the walk, an alternative activity will be provided).

• Duration Detail

  Please allow 5 hours 45 minutes for the full experience (including registration).

• Dress Code

  Wear comfortable, warm clothing and footwear. They will provide yoga mats for anyone who does not have one. Bring a reusable water bottle and a blanket for meditation.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Alcohol is strictly forbidden. The retreat is designed to help its guests disconnect. Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat, in case of an emergency there will be a number for guests to be contacted. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary per location.
