About the experience
H. Forman and Son in East London is a famous smokehouse set up in 1905 which still runs in the family today. At Forman's on-site restaurant sit down and share a delicious smoked salmon platter whilst enjoying amazing views of the Olympic Stadium. Listen to a talk on the history of the smokehouse, receive a carving demonstration from Guinness World Record-holder Darren Matson and tour the gallery. Feel free to purchase salmon goodies.
