Wonderful gift
This was brought for me as a Xmas present, as myself and Daughter work during the week, we paid extra for a weekend and it was well worth it, The treatment were great, the hotel and gardens were just perfect, the weather helped, it was lovely

A great spa day
I've had an amazing spa day with my 16 years old daughter. We started with gym, had an hour long treatment, a relaxing time in the hydro pool and a bit of swimming. The water in the pool is perfectly warm and the hydro pool massage healed my achy back.
We had the afternoon tea for lunch as it starts at 12.15. It is very generous and the coffee is nice and strong.
A great place to relax! I hope we will be back!

The lost paradise
The spa treatment is good if you take massage. Just having a facial is not worth it. The tie for the robe needs to be attached to it, else it keeps falling off and gets lost. The breakfast needs a rethink since having cold sandwiches after a swim is not worth it. You may rather pay and have lunch that will be warm. The place needs maintenance since infrared cubicle does not work and the steam room is not always steaming. Most itenary are pricey. We chose to stay at a different location (Forrester) and had a better day there!

Staff in restaurant didn’t speak good English and had to wait over 45 mins for 3 small sandwiches
