Spy Academy Experience for One

Know someone who fancies themselves a bit of a Jason Statham? This exciting day is an amazing chance to pick up the real, specialised techniques used by ex-surveillance operatives, test reflexes, get to grips with a range of weapons and feel ready for anything! After a briefing, get up close and personal with an hour of unarmed combat practice. Next, learn to stealthily fire a sniper rifle and take part in a pistol draw shoot-out with fellow budding agents. Then it's time to try something less orthodox: the ancient arts of axe-throwing and high-powered crossbow shooting! For those who prefer modern weapons to Viking-style combat, there'll also be Instructors have a wealth of experience in all areas of combat, so all trainees are in safe hands.

• Availability Description

  The last Saturday of the month between March through to October.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 16. Parental consent is required for under 18's. You must be reasonably physically fit. This experience is not suitable for people with disabilities, although hearing-impaired participants are welcome.

• Weather

  This is an all-weather experience and some activities take place outdoors - if it's raining, expect to get wet! Please note, the activities may be upgraded on the day according to certain weather conditions (or other logistics).

• Duration Detail

  The experience lasts for around three hours.

• Numbers On The Day

  Up to 72 take part, split into three supervised groups of 24.

• Dress Code

  Dress for the weather and wrap up well in winter - activities take place outdoors and indoors. Wear flat shoes - walking boots or trainers are ideal. Eye protection will be provided where necessary. Changing facilities are available.
