- Other Info
Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Advance booking is required. Comfort in the water, basic swimming skills and a completed medical questionnaire are required before taking part. The SSI Try Scuba forms and Responsible Diver Code must also be completed; medical assessment and physician approval may be required after a “yes” answer on the screening form. Failure to complete the required SSI documentation accurately and honestly may result in refusal of participation for safety reasons. Good physical and mental health is required, and anyone unwell, showing symptoms of illness or who may have a contagious condition should not take part. If a participant has any concerns regarding their fitness to dive, they should consult a qualified physician prior to the activity. Participants will be closely supervised and monitored to ensure safety, comfort and enjoyment throughout the session. The instructor may refuse participation due to health, safety or wellbeing concerns. This is a recognition programme, not a formal certification. Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than seven days before the scheduled session may be accommodated where a new session is available. Requests made within seven days may result in voucher forfeiture, and no-shows or late arrivals that miss essential safety briefings may be treated as redeemed.
