The SUP School hosts their lessons on the River Stour and the River Avon and has a beautiful waterside location with a private slipway entrance to the river. A taster session is a great way for beginners to gain confidence on the board. Begin with a welcome introduction and safety briefing, where participants learn about board size, volume and shape and then head out into the water to learn how to balance on the board and gently paddle along the water.
