Poor Service
This was not a good experience on many levels..Firstly, redeeming my voucher for afternoon tea was impossible. Phone number not working Chatline with 50 minute wait time incorrect advice. Eventually gave up and contacted Piglets Pantry the supplier direct. They sorted it out for me. The product itself was a big disappointment as the savoury items were tasteless and soggy and the sweet elements were excruciatingly sickly sweet. Overall not a good 80th birthday experience and expensive too. Never, never again.

Had a voucher worth £112 for a stay in York, swapped for a sweet and savoury hamper at piglet pantry to date received nothing

Red LetterDays make redeeming vouchers very difficult
I have not yet received my experience but the process to get it means I will not use RLD again. And to add insult to injury they charged me £8.99 to “upgrade “ my voucher. But the experience I booked did not include any of the extra value. I do not recommend RedLetterDays. I cannot comment on the actual experience

Not quite what we expected.
The food was generally very good but we received Philadelphia cheese instead of clotted cream for the scones so not overwhelming. This being our first delivery, would think twice about ordering again.
