Please inform the venue of any disabilities, allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking to accommodate you best. Children aged 8–16 years must have written parental or guardian consent before receiving any treatment; a form will be provided prior to the treatment time. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 12 or under during their treatment. Only the ‘Colour Refresh’ service (a light buff and shape with polish) is offered to children aged 8–13 years. No other polish, gel or extension treatments are available to those under 14 years. Any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with the venue’s policies will be non-refundable. Children under eight are not permitted to receive treatments. Children under eight may accompany adults to appointments but must be supervised at all times. Due to the nature of our working nail salons, lack of supervision may pose a health and safety risk; we reserve the right to terminate a client’s treatment if their child is causing a safety issue or disturbing others.
