  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Departure times are 12pm, 3pm and 6pm from London Eye, and 12.15pm, 3.45pm and 6.15pm from Aldwych. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time. Vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options are available. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Specific allergies or dietary needs must be shared at least 24 hours before your visit. If no special dietary requests are received, the standard meal will be served; dietary requirements cannot be accommodated on the day. The provider cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts. Wheelchair users can be accommodated on the lower deck and must occupy one of the fixed-position seats. Guests may have to share tables. Please note, there are no toilets on board. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions. Some dishes may be subject to change. Alcoholic drinks must be pre-purchased; non-alcoholic upgraded drinks can be pre-purchased or purchased on the day. Free cancellation and amendments are available up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
