  You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. For The View from The Shard: Available for entry week round, year round. Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For afternoon tea at Bistro Mirlot, Mercure London Bankside: Available week round, year round, excluding 24–26 December, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day unless otherwise agreed.

  For The View from The Shard: Minimum age: 4 years. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket. For afternoon tea at Bistro Mirlot, Mercure London Bankside: Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options available upon request. Children are welcome.

Optional upgrade to a glass or bottle of prosecco for an extra charge. The venue has disabled access. Menus are subject to seasonal change. There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 11th June. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
