Lovely afternoon tea
Plenty to eat on this afternoon tea for two cake stand nice big pot of tea aswell would recommend My little Cup cake

Very basic afternoon tea
It started great with finger sandwhiches, most were simple but tasty, although the salmon one was a treat in itself. Then it continued with well-made scones and good marmelade. But I found the last tier with cakes to be way to heavy and stodgy after all the bread. Something much lighter with more vibrant and fresh flavours would be better to finish it all off. Lastly, the tea itself was rather disappoining. I had expected some high-quality loose tea leaves but instead it was basic bags of Twinings.

Wonderful Day Out
We have been wanting to visit Kew Gardens for a while and we finally had a day visit there yesterday ??. It was a lovely day out and was not disappointed in anyway. There is a lot of walking but worth it so much to look at with lots of wonderful benches to sit on for pit stops and was lovely to see in loving memories of people who quite obviously loved Kew Gardens too. The only thing I would say is the confectionary and shop was overpriced but Kew Gardens is definitely worth a visit.
