Disappointed, below average
The food was very poor. Typical low quality microwave dishes. Also very limited food and drinks menu. Gave a 2 star instead of a 1 because the service was good.

Lovely meal!
Myself, my Daughter, my Son and my Granddaughter were staying in London for the weekend. We went to The Long Acre pub before going to the Theatre. The food was amazing and the meal was brilliant value for money! The pub was lovely and had a great atmosphere!, and the person serving us couldn't do enough for us and went above and beyond in every way! I would highly recommend this Deal and The Long Acre!!!!!

Total waste of gifter's money!
One star just for the staff doing their best. Nightmare trying to find somewhere to spend our gift. Gave up so many times and eventually extended. Only to find you have to pay £20 to extend beyond 3 months. We chose the nearest 'pub' and got on with it! Website so confusing and you have to deal with a bot if you have any issues. Having chosen our preferred food on line to try to get value for money beforehand, on arrival at Slug and Lettuce we were given a completely different short menu of mainly burgers. All meals are fat laden requiring little cooking ability. Avoid if you are diabetic or have any difficulties with your digestive system.
From the email I've been sent asking for this review I've now found out our same gift would be cheaper by £15-£20!!!

Not as good as we expected
We thought it would be a little more top notch but the pub hardly had anyone in, there was limited food options and average for a red letter day. Maybe because we were literally the only people eating and the chef doesn’t want to make certain foods. I couldn’t get a gin and tonic if it wine. I could only have a beer like my partner. Maybe I should have upgraded the ticket. For a Red letter experience I would question the Preston location.
