About the experience
Spend two days at a Brighton Marina training centre completing the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course. You'll alternate between theory and practical sessions as instructors guide you through low and high-speed handling, coastal navigation and safety, man overboard recovery, plus mooring, anchoring and collision-avoidance rules. It is a structured route towards confident, independent powerboating and an International Certificate of Competence.

Available Sunday–Friday, March–October. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum weight: 18st (115kg). Not suitable for those with spinal issues, other muscular skeletal issues, or who are pregnant.
- Duration Detail
This is a two-day course and typically runs from around 9.30am–5.30pm each day.
- Numbers On The Day
This voucher is valid for one person.
- Dress Code
A full kit list is provided on booking; extra warm clothing and waterproofs are needed.
