The yoga and mediation retreat includes mindful walking, yoga and meditation.

  This voucher is valid for two people. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 18 years. For the hiking and yoga retreat, participants will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and must be able to walk up a moderate slope. The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels. Please notify BrightonYoga of any medical conditions at the point of booking.

• Other Info

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please bring: minimum of one litre of water, sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover shoulders), any medication needed, tissues and hand sanitiser, a warm jumper in case it gets cold, a yoga mat and any equipment needed (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats).
