Ideally located in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon. Really nice hotel, friendly staff ,lovely food. Spa very nice, treatments very well applied. A surprise birthday cake made it a very special stay

Highly recommend. The fire and ice spa was out of this world. From start to finish the staff were attentive and kind throughout our stay and the food was another level.

We had a beautiful overnight stay and spa, everything was taken care of. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the views were spectacular.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully presented, making our celebration feel extra special. The hotel itself was lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. The hotel facilities were amazing the pool was stunning as was the saunas steam rooms changing rooms all so well kept, rooms were beautiful.
