All the animals looked happy and well cared for, any staff we bumped into were so friendly and helpful answering any questions about the animals we had, nothing seemed to much! Excellent Break
We were greeted warmly & shown to our room. Two flights of steep steps, not good but the manager saw my wife struggle with the climb & very kindly reallocated a room on the first floor. Excellent staff with a warm approach to guests. Breakfast - spot on to set you up for the day but do try a steak in the evening - fantastic.

Myself & a mummy friend had a 3 course meal at Gordon Ramsays Grill... the whole experience from start to finish blew us away.
The staff were friendly, the food was amazing & we didn't feel rushed at all.
