Greeted at entrance shown to a seat, she brought menu, took order all very professional, the sandwiches were lovely, scones a bit dry, cakes are lovely but after eating sandwiches and scones we got cakes boxed up, must say all of the staff are very nice

Relaxing day would buy again

Lovely head, neck and shoulder massage, the room was lovely, dim lighting and warm. The relaxation room is nice. The facilities were great. Got busy in the afternoon. I'd been there a good few hours so it was fine. Would buy again.
