The Eden Project
What to Expect at The Eden Project
It’s based in Bodelva, Cornwall and is home to two undercover environments. Housing over 1,000 types of plants, the Rainforest Biome offers more than enough to keep every explorer content. The dome’s temperature ranges from 18 to 35 degrees all year round, mimicking four types of rainforest: Tropical Islands, West Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. Wear light summery clothes and expect to be adventuring for up to one and a half hours.
Then take a trip to the Mediterranean Biome to see plant life that flourishes in Western Australia, California, South Africa and Mediterranean countries. It’s packed with massive aloe veras, cork trees and other amazing species. There’s even a perfume garden that’s filled with sage, rosemary, pinks, caraway and more. It’s pure pleasure for the senses.
Try out various types of tipple with a beer-tasting cruise. Guests sample five different craft beers from the comfort of a chauffeured watercraft. Take home the glass at the end as a memento of this memorable day.
Private Guided Tours at The Eden Project
The best way to see the Eden Project is with a guided tour. A guide takes adventurers around the domes, pointing things out and answering questions. Guests leave with newfound knowledge on a host of different flowers, trees and herbs.
