A lovely spa experience

I recently visited Chawton Park Spa with my mum and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The spa itself is lovely, with clean, well-maintained facilities and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. We both appreciated the quality of the treatments—they were professionally done and left us feeling refreshed and pampered. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Even though she was clearly very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her, and she always had a smile on her face. She really made a difference to our day. A great place for a relaxing day out, especially to enjoy with someone special. Great value for money.

Excellent massage

The massage we couldn't fault, but the lack of amenities are very limited at Chawton Park, disappointing. But Red letter days are always very helpful, go above and beyond to help you. We just chose the wrong location.

Great Treat

Lovely day, was busy at first with members however managed to get a bed within 1hr then spent the day relaxing using facilities, the treatments were fabulous and Leanne couldn’t of done a better job, both me and my mother were so pleased and felt instantly refreshed!

The worst massage

Facilities are ok - the women’s changing room was out of order due to no light so I was unable to shower comfortably. The massage was weak despite me asking for more pressure. I was hoping for it to end soon as it was so bad. My husband thought the same of his. Never had massages where it was literal stroking the back for 40 minutes (no kneading or pressing). Don’t bother.
