Needs a refurb
The whole spa is dated and need attention- the swimming pool has tiles coming off the sides everywhere you looked needs work. The whole place needs a renovation and attention. My facial was ok nothing to write home about. Inexperienced young woman who was nice enough but you can tell she wasn’t confident. She’s not had enough hands on bodies experience for it to be as relaxing as it should be. Faulty leaking showers that made the whole floor sopping wet. Towels with stains on. The afternoon tea too many cakes not enough sandwiches really not well balanced meal.

Fabulous spa afternoon!
My friend & I had a wonderful spa experience at the Stratton House Hotel. We had the use of the spa facilities for 3 hours, a lovely back massage, followed by a fab afternoon tea! I would highly recommend this location & the staff were so friendly.

Christmas gift
It was amazing. The reception and greeting was welcoming. The receptionist made us feel at ease when filling out our personal information. She showed us where we needed to go,although we did take a few wrong turnings. The facial was fabulous and felt refreshed. The facilities were excellent, although the pool closed for the aerobics, which if we'd been aware,would have enjoyed being apart of. I ordered specific sandwiches for the afternoon tea and that was delicious ?? overall the experience was brilliant. Thankyou
