Start off by learning all about how speciality coffee is grown, processed and ethically sourced before moving into the roastery for a live roasting demonstration. Find out how the coffee is hand roasted, how to use your senses to judge when it’s done, and about the step-by-step process and roast profiles. The final part of this interactive and informative day out is a mini brewing workshop in the tasting room. Learn about grind sizes, brewing ratios and devices, and how to make incredible coffee at home. To top it all off, receive a 250g bag of coffee of your choice to take home. It’s the perfect day out for any coffee lover.
