Lovely afternoon in London, centrally located near Oxford Street. Nice selection of sandwiches and cakes and plenty of fizz. Very attentive staff. Would definitely book again.

Amazing experience- quality welcome, followed by quality products with quality service. An all round pleasure to have spent the afternoon eating incredible food and drinking wonderful tea and bubbles!

We booked the bottomless afternoon tea for two and an extra child's afternoon tea. Booking etc fine. The adult afternoon tea was poor. Highly doubt any of it apart from the sandwiches were made on site. Scones were dry and hard. Jam and cream were cheap substitutes. Sandwiches (one of each, rather than two) had fillings that tasted like they came out of a tub. Our daughter's afternoon tea was missing three items. We had to ask different staff several times for these and the items came out one by one over the course of an hour. The sparkling wine was cheap. I would have given one star, but when I said we were only going to pay for our child's afternoon tea and not the service charge, they were accommodating. Really disappointing for a much looked forward to day out.
