Spa Day with Lunch
Hotel itself was nice, easy to park, however you had to pay another £6 to park onsite for the day.
Spa and Leisure suite quite small. Pool down the stairs very small, couldn't do lengths and struggled with doing widths! Had to wait for someone to move or swim to have a space to swim to. Jacuzzi very hot - not sure if temp was set too high? Also, you have to mind the step as you go in the entrance door - not flat and you don't notice it. In the Aromatherapy room, there were some missing tiles - looking shabby and in need of replacement in some areas.
Lastly, the women's changing room was very small - only a few lockers, 1 shower to use, 1 toilet and no space to move or change, very tight for room.
Lunch was nice though - better than I thought it would be.
Wouldn't go back or recommend - this place is tired in places - could be better. I must point out, this was a gift and I hadn't booked it myself.

Very nice day out
Spa day with lunch.A lovely day with nice meal.Staff really friendly and helpful throughout.Only downside was that changing rooms are a bit cramped when busy.

Not a spa to go too
The spa was terrible , very unhygienic and in need of serious updating and cleaning , changing rooms were dirty , staff walking through with outdoor footwear on , dirty floors and smellly robes and towels , the whole place needs serious redesign and redecorating, The suana had fully rotten boards that broke as you sat on them , not enough spaces for amount of people that had been let in , no phones aloud yet everyone had phones out taking photos and on calls left early as was very uncomfortable, only plus side was the food was amazing
