About the experience

Explore the craft behind Inamo Sukoshi's signature Dragon Roll with a sushi masterclass. Guided step by step, you'll practise inside-out rolling, precision avocado layering to create dragon scales, and garnishing with sauces and toppings. With all ingredients and station equipment supplied, you'll work with nori, sushi rice and crispy tempura prawns or vegetarian alternatives. To complete the experience, you'll savour your freshly-made roll and receive a dining discount voucher.
