About the experience

Share an introduction to the techniques behind Inamo Sukoshi's signature Dragon Roll with a sushi masterclass. You'll learn inside-out rolling, carefully layer avocado to form dragon scales and complete your rolls with sauces and garnishes. All equipment and ingredients are provided, from nori and sushi rice to crispy tempura prawns or vegetarian alternatives. After creating your rolls, you'll sit down to savour them together. You'll also receive a dining discount voucher to use on any additional dishes on the day.
