25 Mile Welsh Marches Helicopter Tour for One

Take to the skies on a 25-mile helicopter tour over the Welsh Marches. Enjoy wide views of the River Severn and Dolforwyn Castle before passing the historic town of Montgomery and the Shropshire hills. Fly on over Corndon, Long Mountain and Offa’s Dyke, then admire the red sandstone Powys Castle from above as the flight comes in to land.   Available on one weekend date per month, March–October. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 5 years. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult. Maximum weight: 17st. Disabled passengers are welcome with carers. All passengers must purchase a seat on the flight.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow about one hour at the venue, including a safety briefing and a 12–15 minute flight. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start.

• Numbers On The Day

  This voucher is valid for one person. The helicopter will be shared with up to three other passengers. Spectators are welcome to watch the take-off and landing.

This activity is weather dependent, mainly due to wind speeds and cloud base; it is crucial to call the venue before setting out to check conditions. If the flight is cancelled, it can be rebooked directly with the venue. A pair of binoculars or a camera comes in handy.
