  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. This experience is not suitable for those with HAVS Syndrome. No disability access is available. You will be sent a waiver ahead of the experience. Any changes to your booking or cancellations must be made by email at least seven days before the experience; rescheduling is possible with seven days’ notice but no refunds are available. Your finished piece will be ready to collect within one week, or can be posted out. Your tufted piece will be backed and finished after the session. All dates are subject to availability.
