  Available week round, year round. Booking is essential. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The use of personal cameras is not permitted during the session. Disabled access varies by studio; please enquire when booking.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow at least one hour for this experience. Opening times are studio dependent, typically 9am–6pm. Where instant viewing is not available, a return appointment will be arranged.

• Dress Code

  Wear what you feel most comfortable in and want displayed in your home; it is recommended to avoid clothes that date (such as football shirts), bare arms, bold patterns or stripes - neutral clothing tends to work best

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fully-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment; this will be refunded after the viewing appointment. One voucher per family per year; multiple sessions cannot be booked in succession for friends or family members. The £50 credit is only redeemable against wall portraits purchased at your viewing. Additional portraits may be purchased during your viewing, but there is no obligation to buy. This voucher cannot be used to purchase images from a previous session or in conjunction with any other offers. Any orders placed will be ready for collection within four-to-six weeks.
