Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. A pre-shoot consultation is included to discuss preferences and style. A fully refundable deposit of £35 is payable at the time of booking; this will either be refunded or deducted from any additional purchases made at the viewing. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows unless the appointment is cancelled or rearranged with at least three days’ notice. A postage and packaging charge may apply at some locations for recorded delivery of your print. Not all studios offer instant viewing - prints may take up to eight weeks to arrive depending on the studio. Only one Capture photoshoot voucher may be used per household in a 12-month period.
