  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Any medical restrictions should be discussed at point of booking. At most locations, you will be able to view your image on the day of your shoot, however some locations do not offer this facility and therefore you may need to organise a return visit to view and select images. Images can take six-to-eight weeks to arrive depending on the location, they are not provided on the day. A fully-refundable deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, which is either refunded or deducted from any additional orders at the time of viewing . Please note, deposits will be lost if you do not show up for your appointment unless cancelled or rearranged within three days of the booking. Your voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and only one voucher per household can be redeemed within a 12-month period.
