Under the chef’s guidance, learn the essentials of pasta dough, rolling and cutting silky ribbons like tagliatelle, then move on to perfectly shaped ravioli. Designed to be approachable for beginners, the class also explores how to pair your pasta with classic sauces such as Genovese pesto, tomato, ragu and carbonara, before taking your seat for a leisurely lunch with an Italian glass of wine.
