• Participant Guidelines

  Adults are aged 16+ years. Children are aged from 2–15. Children under two years go free but still need a pre-booked ticket. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18+.

• Dress Code

  Dress appropriately for the outdoors. Please note, Hoo Zoo sits on a natural floodplain - wellington boots are essential if visiting during, or just after wet weather.

Please be aware that the zoo's carnivores are fed a natural diet, meaning you may see whole dead prey items (such as chicks) in their enclosure.
